Developed a strategy for community sourced engagement while reducing program costs.

  As a part of the Online Learning department, I lead the course development and design process for credit courses for online delivery. This includes meeting with SMEs, curriculum design and documentation, multimedia, and prototyping with feedback. Assist Faculty with Instructional Technology, including the Learning Management System, Web Conferencing, Lecture Capture(Camtasia, Kaltura), and alternative assessment (Voicethread,H5P). Propose and execute various faculty training opportunities, as well as course design and redesigns for face-to-face and online courses.
