  Computer Technician and Store Manager

  From starting as the In-House Technician in 2013 I rose quickly to Store Manager once a new store was opened in 2014. I was In-House Technician and Store manager of that store for a long time until it was moved and subsequently closed due a failing economy. I then became the store manager for Constantia Kloof, I put the store on the map for service and quickly helped the store to hit 8 out of the 12 targets for that Financial Year 2017. My Regional Manager at the time left to pursue a different avenue when i was asked to look after 3 shops in total. It was a great opportunity as it challenged me to think outside the box more. in my time controlling those shops I was part of moving and shopfitting the new store locations and setting up the new locations. I learned alot in the technical side as i was fortunate to work with bright minds to help grow all of our knowledge. It all came to an end in November 2019 when our Head Office bought over the Florida shop in which my contract was held starting a new chapter in my career. Show less

  After a few months I got offered the chance to prove myself once again in taking the challenge of running a shop. It was different to what i was used to but was a fun challenge never the less. I was tasked at assisting the Manager at my Northgate branch to bring our sister store back from the trenches. Unfortunately lockdown came after my first month in and we were closed for a month, after re-opening i helped get the store to working as a great team and get the service levels up and for the first time in years the store starting hitting target and trying its best to keep those standards up.
