  Incentives Coordinator

  Responsible for uploading purchase data received from distributor files, applying loyalty points to member accounts on a monthly basis and ensuring dealer incentive rebates are issued in accordance to Zodiac guidelines. As well as, administering various incentive programs to include assisting dealers and outside sales associates with inquiries and answering incoming phone calls. Additionally, formatted incoming dealer purchase records from distributors in Excel and loaded into Oracle software, loaded dealer incentive points into Oracle, including special points and sales accommodations.
