  As a design engineer, I was part of a team in developing various industrial projects for the clients using Autocad and Solidworks. The main responsibilities would be to check whether the given diagrams are right and they are upto the standard of the industry. Next we will have certain time period to complete the project. My achievements during this training was completed 6 projects under seven weeks. And did two of my own personal projects along the way.

  Responsibilities include converting 3d model to 2d models, Sheet metal nesting, creating 2D drawings as per requirement.Designed and developed fully automated welding fixture machine in under three months from Design to commissioning.Used GD&T methods to emphasis certain design requirements.Used FEA tools to analyze structural property of the components and maintained design record (BOM) of the same.Able to do CNC programming for sheet metal punching operation using Metalix software (CNCkad).Took over as the production manager for a brief period, and carried out task related to production, material planning and Dispatch.
