  I have many roles including, but not limited to: leading the P&C Teams in both Buffalo and New England including remote production producers. I am responsible for the development of the staff in both product knowledge and sales skills; Marketing to the retail brokers; Carrier Relationship Manager for P&C: bind, brokerage and specialty lines. My roles are very diverse and I enjoy each aspect of the roles equally. I enjoying coming up with a Solution on complex risks and following emerging P&C trends. One of my strengths is developing employees underwriting, product knowledge sales and soft skills and working to stream lining work flow processes within my offices. I enjoy mentoring and developing my staff including facilitating classes in-house. I am a strategic thinker and planner with a high focus on improving efficiencies within an organization.
