   Initiate, progress, and conclude investigations of applications to onboard, and ensure an efficient verification & compliance. Support the detection of suspicious applicants “Couriers” by the daily monitoring of applicants’ documents screened for onboarding.  The focal point between customers, riders, and restaurants. monitor the riders’ location and movement to make sure the orders are not delayed to our customers and report any suspicious issues that might impact the Dispatching KPIs.  Support local and regional on ground teams to proactively improve the delivery experience of the customers. Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
