      In September of 2011, I was asked to shift my role to support a growing campus wide initiative in online and blended learning. In short, I shifted from support and training on physical classrooms to the same responsibilities in virtual classrooms. I consultant, train, motivate and coach faculty interested in enhancing teaching and learning with technology. Key responsibilities included: - Coach and trainer for faculty developing online courses or enhancing existing courses with instructional technologies.- Work with SME to produce courses that effectively deliver content and engage students.- System administrator, trainer and lead support for the Canvas and Blackboard learning management systems, Adobe Connect and Zoom conference systems and a variety of education software.- Provide onboarding training for newly hired faculty to familiarize them with good practices for improved student outcomes.- Conduct "just in time" training to support teaching and course administration.- Create documentation of policy, procedure and training support materials.- Monitor feedback channels to gauge success of training, customer satisfaction and consider new opportunities.- Monitor IT ticketing system for incidents or service requests related to instructional technology- Problem solving to include assessment, planning and implementation.- Project management Show less Manage an office of professionals who share responsibilities supporting technology in physical learning environments, AV production, conferencing and events.
