In 2006, Elmer’s, an iconic brand and large consumer products company acquired Scientific Explorer.• Envisioned and led development of Pamper Your Dog, winner of Family Fun Toy of the Year Award (2007) and a featured product at Toys R’ Us, Amazon and Barnes & Noble.• Sourced components and coordinated with cross-functional teams in Finance and Design, to bring this children’s science activity kit to market – on time and under budget.• Proposed and led the development of activity-based science kit Perfumery: The Art and Science of Mixing Perfumes, winner of the Parents’ Choice Approved Award (2006) and instrumental in establishing an entirely new retail product category.• Managed 30+ vendors and contract assembly plants in filling rush $500K Toys R Us order, which required inventory purchases and assembly of 50,000 units, successfully strengthening Elmer’s relationship with key customer.
