This notebook helps you map your feelings and needs, allows you to better understand your behavior patterns and be kinder to yourself. ENESEARMASTIK is created primarily so that a person is more aware of the factors that influence their thoughts and behavior. Deeper self-love begins with understanding of who you are, where you come from, and what has influenced you. Childhood and the general principles of family therapy play a large role in the notebook. The notebook has been prepared in cooperation with psychologists and the fact-basedness of the information has been confirmed.PLÄNNER helps to effectively set goals and achieve them. PLÄNNER is not related to a specific year or dates, so you can start filling it in from the beginning of any month. You don't have to wait for the start of the new year to make your dreams come true.
