  (1) In charge of business process improvement projects for after-sales service business, with focus on Apple accessory kits, Cisco telecommunication devices, and HP consumer electronics' spare parts(2) Focus on process improvement and e-system construction, including user's demand analysis, system interface design, (hands-on) database design and programming, system performance testing, and user education. Quality Tracking System -- Lead IT and supply chain teams to construct an e-system which enables Apple to track its accessory kits material flow from OEM plants to end-customer.2. EDI infrastructure design -- Work with IT team and Australia site manager to work out an blueprint of EDI transmission infrastructure and operating process for RMA business of HP consumer and commercial electronics in Australia.
