  Leveraged expertise in full stack development, system design, and AI / machine learning to continually evolve the Platform group and build a world-class engineering organization. Currently leading a team in revamping the healthcare platform’s Global Navigation experience and frontend web component for 1.5M users. Implemented a system to modernize UI code and infrastructure through smaller units of frontend delivery. Launched new UI / UX across the product suite incorporating enhanced backend processing, application integration, and observability metrics. Reimagined the data streaming platform with a new design-forward solution capable of processing over 1M daily messages for clinical trial operations.Additionally serve as chair of Medidata’s AI Committee, advancing use of AI and ML tools to enhance engineering, including adoption of Amazon Q for AI code generation.
