  Consultant at the world's largest university-based consulting firm. We consulted a visionary food emission startup Yopla.io for their smooth transition to the markets of four focal countries which include The UK, the Netherlands, Germany and France. The project concluded with a presentation and a comprehensive report of more than 70 pages of research. My core responsibilities during the project included:1. Evaluated digitalization trends and degree of development in 4 focal countries.2. Thorough research of potential customers for the client's product in the 4 countries, assessed on their feasibility and scale of impact.3.Formulating managerial recommendations and unique value propositions for most attractive business types for the client.
