The studies included: mine exploration, lease acquisition and permitting, mine planning, metallurgical testing, water resource development and concentrator relocation with mineral separation plant upgrade. - Managed the restart of mining operations for one of three Virginia production sites. The project scope included land preparation, plant maintenance, infrastructure development, permitting, staffing, and development of capital and operational budgets.
