  Technical Project Manager for performance testing. My role was to plan and organize performance tests to ensure non-functional requirements in an order flow by about 50 systems context. The aim was to find bottlenecks and operational problems related to the new large amount of orders that the system should be able to handle. I worked close to the customer and reported the test result to the customer and the system owners in the order flow. Performance tests were a sub-project of a major global program that lasted for 3 years with about 600 consultants involved, mainly Indian and Swedish.Purpose of the program was to migrate private customer into a telecom operator's existing CRM system (Oracle eBS) with enterprise customers. And to automate the private customer order flow to increase accessibility for the customer and obtain a complete picture of the customer's total commitment. Show less
