His magnus opus, 'The Thief and the Cobbler' was 28 years in production. Despite never being completed, 'The Thief' has achieved cult like status for being the greatest film never made. As featured in the documentary 'The Pesistence of Vision'. The credits read like a who's who of the best and animation talents. Grim Natwick (Betty Boop), Art Babbit (Snow White, Fantasia), Ken Harris (The Road Runner) among many many others.
