  Responsibilities include the use of Auto Cad to prepare plans for all phases of land development including existing condition plans, subdivision, demolition, site layout, grading and drainage, erosion and sedimentation control, site utility, landscaping and highway occupancy permits. I am also experienced in reading and preparing plans for various utility projects including waterlines for natural gas drilling, domestic water lines, sanitary sewers, storm water systems and their required inspections. I have inspected several waterline projects in Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties for Pennsylvania American Water Company. This included creating as-built sketches and completing service tickets for service connections and verifying quantities for payment requests. Additional responsibilities include project site visits to verify survey information and I have also been a surveyor's assistant on several projects. I have over 10 years of combined experience with land development software including Civil 3D, Eagle Point and In Roads. My experience includes reducing survey data to create an existing base plan including a surface model to create existing contours. I have also used the software to create grading, cut profiles to grade roadways and create storm and sanitary sewer profiles. By creating existing and proposed surface models I can produce excavation quantities for earthwork. Show less

  Currently responsible for preparation of civil land development documents using AutoCAD, Microstation and Civil 3-D. Previously inspected the rehabilitation of Main Street in Dickson City. Work included replacement of over 30 curb ramps, base repair and the milling and overlay of the street. Other construction inspection projects included inspection of a flood projection project in Bloomsburg, Pa. This project included three different levee designs, several enclosures, pump stations and utility relocations. In 2014 completed inspection of a bridge replacement project in La Plume, Pa. Previously inspected 4 million dollar bridge in Taylor, Pa. Responsibilities included verification of steel reinforcement installation for retaining walls and bridge structure. NICET Highway Construction Level 2, NECEPT Concrete Field Testing Technician, NECEPT Bituminous Field Technician, OSHA and ACI Field Testing Technician certified. Show less
