  As a former athlete, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to help my clients reach their maximum fitness potential. This led me to launch Tone Fitness, where my team and I provide personal and group training for elite athletes, rehabilitative work with the elderly and disabled, fitness program design, and nutrition/weight management counseling. Across all of our training, we guide clients in overcoming fears, building strength and coordination, and developing healthy lifestyle habits. We also develop corporate wellness programs, including creating a six-month wellness initiative for St. Joseph Hospital employees. Most recently, we began a partnership with the Greater Newark Healthcare Coalition (GNHC) to provide virtual wellness seminars for their members. The GNHC’s mission is to significantly improve quality and access to healthcare for the residents of the Greater Newark area by collaborating to develop initiatives specifically aimed at identifying and limiting disparities and other barriers that lead to poor health outcomes in order to improve health and well-being.
