  I am the head coach on the support team and have coached several new starters on the Sage 200 technical support team on Sage 200 Financials and Commercials, Sage 200 Standard for education and CRM.I have supported Financials and Commercials, Sage 200 extra Online, Sage 200 Standard and Education and Sage CRM.Over the last 18 months, I have trained 10+ members of staff to Sage 200 or cross skilled existing members of staff ensuring standards and quality is maintained through case auditing and verbal and written feedback.I have contributed close to 100 articles to our knowledge database Ask Sage, this Database is used both internally and externally to augment the support offered. I headed up the projects to make sure we were ready for MTD in the Sage 200 area, during this time I liaised with other department and drove the pilot -onboarding period with several customers.I was also heavily involved in the digital content and internal awareness of Sage invoice payments when it was initially released as a preview Summer 2018 and then a full release later in the cycle.I am experienced in data investigations, migrations from Sage 50 to Sage200.
