      Work closely with Acute Care rehabilitation patients that are not yet healthy enough to be released from the hospital. Common patient profiles include gastro-intestinal complications, knee or hip surgery, and congestive heart failure. Responsible for administering and maintaining feeding tubes, tracheotomies and IV antibiotics. Ensure patients are being administered their daily medications. Perform wound care for patients who are recently postoperative. Accountable for accurate documentation including vitals, identifying acute changes, recording recommended medicine changes and filing infection reports.
