  Plan, develop and implement O&M procedures for maintaining integrity of the asset. Co-ordination with Third Party Utility agencies working near laid gas pipeline network. Carrying out scheduled valve maintenance, Lock Pressure Test (LPT), Leak Detection Test (LDT), Service Regulator (SR), DRS, MRS maintenance etc. O&M of Odorizing Unit. Security and Patrolling management. Providing after sales support and services to customers Annual maintenance of each Domestic and Commercial customer. Ensuring calibration of Pipeline Locator, Electro fusion Machine, Meter, Pressure Gauge etc. Meter reading and installation inspection of DRS, MRS and Commercial connection. TLP & CP monitoring. Attending to complaints logged in SAP / phone / walk-in and resolving them with timely and proper feedback. Planning, Execution and monitoring of project activities Viz, Civil construction, SS Tubing, Electrical work etc. at CNG station. Material planning to ensure material availability in o&m GGL stores for smooth execution of work. Ensure timely calibration of equipment/instruments. Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within schedule. Maintaining records of valve maintenance, Lock Pressure Test (LPT), Leak Detection Test (LDT), Service Regulator (SR), DRS, MRS maintenance etc. Odorizing Unit PPM monitoring report. Annual maintenance report of each Domestic and Commercial customer. Maintaining testing & commissioning record of the asset.Jaykishan Show less
