      - Drive a company-wide initiative to partner with vendors to establish an inclusive access model to drive student success with our digital products.- Conduct sales engagements with prospective customers at the Senior and C-level.- Owns the inclusive access and equitable access institutional relationship with 650+ colleges and universities across the United States.- Offer guidance to our international teams on the area of growing higher ed market share with creative solutions such as inclusive access and equitable access.- Appointed to the McGraw-Hill International Sales Board in 2024.- Performance Highlight: Increased inclusive access sales from 2017 to 2024 from $1.7m to $37m. From 2023 to 2024, increased sales by 40% from $26m to $37m. This launch received the 2008 Marketing Campaign of the Year Award.- In 2007, increased sales of Smith: Organic Chemistry 2nd edition by over 200%. This revision received the 2007 Revision of the Year Award.- Performance Highlight: Over the span of years in marketing, was promoted three times and took on the marketing responsibilities for larger revenue generating disciples in the areas of Physics, Geology, Geography, and Chemistry, with Chemistry being a key strategic discipline for McGaw-Hill.- Performance Highlight: Honored by sales force to be voted for the Outstanding Marketing Contribution Award (marketing manager of the year as voted by sales force) four out of the five years as a Marketing Manager. We also increased our our ARIS: Online Homework usage across General Chemistry by over 4x the previous year's usage (10,000 users to 45,000 users), and this was fueled with the launch of Burdge's ARIS product.
