  Project Name: London Gateway Port remedial worksProject Description: Remedial works to the concrete riverside diaphragm wall and installation of supporting frames to enable a cathodic protection system to be applied to the structure - ensuring the structure fulfills the original expected design life.Role responsibilities:• Overseeing Quality Management on site developing quality systems & checks to assist in completing works to a high standard.• Supervising site engineers/work teams in quality checking of works, setting out and ensuring Quality documentation has been completed in line with the instruction & test plans (ITP).• Coordinating with sprayed concrete suppliers, Testing laboratories & contractors to develop a strict testing regime ensuring an improved confidence in the remedial works.• Organising past and current NCR’s (non-conformance reports) and liaising with the main contractor & client to close out the historical quality issues.• Completing risk assessments, method statements, Task sheets & ITP’s for the works.• Project management of sub-work streams – programming and budgeting for the work streams so they run alongside the main works without hindering the main programme and delivering cost effective solutions.• Mobilising Plant, work teams & subcontractors to site to ensure sufficient resources available to complete key short term & long term targets.• Producing Plant and Labour returns and ensuring records are readily available ensuring costs can be accounted for and forecast for the project.
