The program steps are:Stage (1):1 - Visit all plant sections to review the ERW pipes production sequence.2- Visit the lab to review the mechanical test machines, NDT equipments, painting thickness devices, and all of their documents.3- Reviewing production and QC procedures in the OA/OC department.4- Auditing the documents handling between the plant, lab, and QA/OC department.5- Auditing material traceability from beginning of receiving the coil (raw material) to the storage of the final ERW pipe products.6- Visiting storage areas for both coils (raw material) and pipes (final product) to check the methods of handling, packing and storing of materials.Stage (2):1- Merge between the requirements of API 5L and the extra restricted requirements of Aramco in one document.2- Arrange a seminar to explain the required physical changes shall be applied in the plant to meet the requirements of Aramco Specification no. 01 -SAMSS-333. Also explaining the extra testing methods need to be added.3- Suggest the machines which can fulfill the new requirements of Aramco (Its functions and brand names).Stage (3):1 - Arrange another seminar to explain the requirements of both UL 852 and UL VIZY.
