      - Leading technical localisation projects for Persian and the Right-to-Left languages team- Working on-site for the world's largest messaging service- Responsible for UX and interface implementation for RTL languagesI worked at this position on-site for the largest social media and messaging app in their European headquarters office in Dublin as our client for nearly four years where I initially started as the Persian Language Lead and then got promoted to have the additional responsibility of UX specialist for Right-To-Left languages. We started as a very small team in the beginning, but expanded a lot over time. I was in charge of the localization team for Persian which also grew from a small team of one language specialist to a larger team of 7 specialists and SLVs. Our work had potentially the largest impact given the size of our audience and users, and the revenue from our localization work for all the languages in 2021 had a 61% growth compared to the year before. Having worked in a large, 1000+ employee multinational company, I learned a lot during this time from working at a fast pace to scaling production to a vast user group, solving all the relevant challenges and a lot more.
