Scheduling production run for day shift and night shift. Maintaining a efficient production line by working closely with machine operators and maintenance. Responsibilities included logistics for the Mineola Texas plant and the Murfreesboro TN plant. Supervising the employees in shipping and receiving including scheduling appointments for in and outbound loads. Overseeing FIFO to maintain inventories. During this time I also managed a small fleet of company trucks while working with outside carriers /brokers.
