The whole experience for users will also be checked, like can the end user find what they're looking for, are we running the right conversions? are we effectively placing or encouraging conversions? I check for analytical potential, Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Google Optimize, Ryte, SEMRush, honestly I can go on and on. We also check for budget allocation and justification, which lets us know if where the budget is being spend and if there is any room for improvement there. There is almost always some optimization that can be A / B tested or put in to place (negative keywords). All of this can be checked and put into different reports, these reports range from 50 points of improvement to 100+ if done by hand.
