  I began my career at Siemens as a software developer and product designer.Gradually, I moved on to leading a team of software developers and testers for telecommunication projects supporting customers and providing solutions on behalf of Nokia Siemens Networks.As a member of Architecture and Design team for billing and charging platform I'm providing feasibility studies, negotiating requirements and detailing design for solutions of CMT and its customers (namely Nokia Siemens Networks).During the years I have successfully lead several different project teams and mentored many new employees.In 2006 I have been delegated to a Siemens offshore software development location in Nanjing (China) to enable the international, multicultural team of 13 members to take a part in developing a project for a telecommunications provider.During 2011 and 2012 I have successfully managed the technical enabling of several external (NSN) and internal (CMT) offshore teams (India), while maintaining the knowhow, output and good customer relations near shore (Osijek).
