      I genotyped Tuberculosis samples using southern blotting, gel electrophoresis and hybridization. I created geospatial maps of tuberculosis transmission clusters. I analyzed interview notes for a CDC-funded needs assessment. I participated in phone interviews with major TB programs in the northeast. I learnt ArcGIS skills including geocoding and spatial analyst tools, query building, ArcGIS Pro statistical analysis, and data formatting. I made a standardized ArcGIS user guide. I wrote a white paper about cluster identification. I administered directly observed therapy to TB patients. Show less
