  I was in charge of the Tax and Duty free shops on board the NCL vessels held by Flagship Retail Services as part of Dufry America and also the Colombian Emeralds International Jewelry store. My primary duties were sales related, visual marketing, developing creative sales techniques, book keeping and payroll as well as managing teams of up to 20 staff members.

  CruiseNext Manager

  I take care of our loyal costumers program called Latitudes, the CruiseNext program and the NCL-MaterCard credit card on board the vessel. Among my duties I have to organize welcoming packages for our Latitudes members, host events for them, do presentations and resolve issues that the guest might encounter. Apart from these duties I also have to settle financial reports and keep application records and logs. Another major area that my job entails is networking and marketing my self to promote and sell the CruiseNext and CruiseNext Ultimate program which refer to placing future cruise deposits and making future cruise bookings respectively with exclusive prices, specials and promotions for the guests who are travelling with us. I am also in charge of a team of up to 4 people depending on the vessel, who I have to organize, train and coach in order to develop their skills and utilize them for the benefit of the team to achieve sales goals and improve the costumer's experience.
