  - Management and coordination of potential I+D projects in the facilities, which might involve technical upgrades and improvements on existing machinery fleet / facilities.- Leading and supervising all the potential/upcoming investments on the facilities. (Identification, analysis, related business plans, TIRs, negotiation, purchasing and implementation). Reporting and controlling of production areas are redesigned. -Daily meetings are held for each machine/line to track indicators, h&s, quality issues. -5S Workshops are done for selected areas. -Standard Operation Procedure workshops are made for selected areas. -KPI s are tracked for selected areas. PDCA is tracked for the reasons of deviation. -Overall Equipment Effectiveness is tracked for selected machines/processes.-Flexibility of employees is prepared for selected m/cs/processes. Validation is carried out on site and monthly&yearly plans are prepared. -Improvement suggestion system is implemented in company and acknowledgement system is constituted. -SMED workshop&trainings are prepared. -Problem Solving Groups is constituted.
