      Working with educators in the building with monitoring interventions and collecting data for RtI. In charge of developing a KTIP program to help guide new teachers working or completing their KTIP in the 1-3 years in JCPS. Resource teacher for new teacher working or completing their KTIP . Help guide and develop lessons, units classroom management, leadership and assessments throughtout the new teachers KTIP year. Working on new ways to bridge the gap using the 3 tiers within the schools. Help develop stack and bring resources to new teachers working in JCPS in their 1-5 years. Discuss new and invented ways to help increase membership in JCTA, work on current and past data from all the schools in JCPS and to help develp a partnership among the teachers and the union.
