Lead program management team which contributed to the award of a program with 13 million products used in Europe/NAFTA/Asia. At the same time in charge of Technology Transfer to our JV in South Korea.I managed weekly team meetings with engineers, sales, buyers between teams in Germany and Korea. Set up design reviews and tracked their results and improvements. I supervised the JV's design and tracked the transfer of new electronics to JV partner.
