      Duties include but are not limited to liaison between floor inspection, MFG and DCMA. Visiprise R3 and R4 Change Agent. Write and track Jira tickets related to CAMS and SAP issues. Approves acceptable work and rejects all work which fails to meet required standards. Write, approve and send NCR documents through the Visiprise system. Audit and maintain MRB aging documents. Audit and maintain the MRB Cribs. Track, complete and update MVL’s for each AC and/or area. Audit and compile Aircraft records for transfer to Closed Records. Verify and status all open work for AC transfer to flight. Work with all support groups to burn down R3 transition issues. Work with dispatch to clear bar receivers with issues during transition. Set up and maintain processes for temp recorders and samples related to Ply Cutting. Work with FTW COE’s on transition of Ply Cutting to Amarillo. Member of team responsible for updating Amarillo Quality procedures. Monitor and direct personnel as required to support the manufacturing effort. Operates special kinds of testing instruments and equipment as required. Works from complicated or detailed blueprints, diagrams, engineering orders, etc., to obtain proper specifications. Show less Lead and coordinate quality operational projects as needed and reporting on those initiatives as it relates to Quality Operations Compliance. Advise and assist IPT’s in projects and problem solutions. Recently acquired a Quality Specialist role in Visiprise. This duty includes helping Inspection, Manufacturing, Engineering and Planning write and move NCRs through the Visiprise system in a timely manor. This also includes being on the e-WIN team as a Change Agent getting pertinent information from the e-WIN team to the users and feedback on the system to the team. Currently the sole MRB Crib attendant which includes Cribs for V22, H1, Flight and Sub-Assembly. MRB responsibilities include accepting, inventorying, tracking and releasing parts with defects to Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Dispatching. Responsible for the writing, updating, posting and annual review of all Amarillo Quality Departmental Instructions and Forms. Also responsible for updating and writing Quality Assurance Procedures (QAPs). Responsible for the Amarillo Quality Self Assessment program. This includes performing quarterly audits, tracking of any corrective action and assisting the other Bell sites with their Self Assessments. Engage and employ resources for self assessment compliance issues in Amarillo and across Quality Operations and update charts and graphs. Support the company wide internal audit program. Currently track Trapped Inventory/aging Documents for Amarillo on a monthly basis and work with QA to resolve issues. Responsible for the distribution and tracking of the Directive Familiarization to all Amarillo quality personnel and OSV certified mechanics. Knowledgeable in blueprint reading, BEDVUE, engineering orders, mil-specs, process specifications, quality metrics, Bell Helicopter Planning Processes, CSCAPPS, and QMS.
