  I was transferred from my position as a Vehicle Controller to Limo & Bus department and promoted to Senior Exec in 2012 after which a year later was again promoted to an Assistant Manager in Jan 2013. Basically, my roles in the department was handling the whole operations and also scheduling of the limo / bus drivers. I will be the main contact person on coordination between drivers, sub contractors and the guests. Responsible for drivers welfare, disciplines, appraisals and update training for all the drivers. I am also the last back up driver or all kinds of car or bus ad hoc jobs. Show less
