As AVP – HR at Shadowfax, I contribute as part of the senior leadership team preparing the organization for IPO readiness. I lead competitive C&B strategy, oversee HR systems, drive workforce insights, and manage Middle Mile HR to ensure operational excellence across a distributed workforce. Across Shadowfax, Subex, HCL, Mindtree, and Infosys, I’ve led complex HR tech programs (SAP, SuccessFactors, Darwinbox), managed entity splits and mergers, modernized policies, and built high‑performing cross‑functional teams.
