      I was responsible for making sure crew did their job correctly. We cleaned and sanitized food processing equipment for the quality control to check the next morning before processing started. When the equipment did not pass sanitation and quality control testing, I took the responsibility to re-clean and sanitize the equipment for processing to start. I was also the one responsible to letting my crew know what happened during the quality control inspection and taking the appropriate actions to making sure it did not happen again.
