  Dance Instructor and Photo Shoot Liaison

  As a dance instructor, I taught two intermediate dance classes, in which I educated young students about classical Indian dance (technique, history, etc.). As a photo shoot liaison, I coordinated and directed photo shoots for dance students in partnership with Studio Disha, a local photography company. I was also a program coordinator within the academy and have helped with several dance productions and events.

  Social Media Auditor

  In this project, I conducted assessments of the organization's social media by collecting and analyzing data on posts, audience demographics, and engagement. I evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of the current strategies used to promote the organization's services to a variety of audiences (young adults, parents, and other organizations). Based on this, I made recommendations to help broaden awareness of mental health and the resources that this organization offers.

  As an Area Manager, I have the opportunity to lead a team of Amazon Fulfillment Center Associates in the Inbound Stow department. I primarily focus on engaging with my team, building trust, and motivating them to work hard, have fun, and make history. My daily priorities include maintaining high levels of safety, work quality, and productivity. I make sure to provide the necessary tools and guidance for associates, as well as break down any barriers they might face. This way, my team feels supported. I utilize various data sources to track daily progress and make informed decisions, and I also maintain a position as a point of contact between associates and senior managers. Show less
