  As a consultant, Juris is a key contributor in the early phases of enterprise apps UX transformation projects, aimed to improve the business processes while making the applications' end users happy and engaged. As a managing director, he has the capacity to mobilize the right team of Idea Port Riga' consultants to design and build great web and mobile apps as well as to integrate them with existing core on-premise systems and cloud services. Juris helps client's management team to steer their UX transformation projects and manages overall relationships with the client. He is also driving the "Nexus 19" project. It helps Siebel CRM customers to make their Siebel UX great in a cost-efficient way by natively leveraging modern web frameworks, such as React.js and Vue.js, within Siebel Open UI technology.
