Led 52 staff and 130 line instructors developing curriculum and providing training for 500 crewmembers in 20 distinct crew positions in four operations squadrons. Standardized satellite operator training for five Department of Defense satellite programs valued at $46B. Ensured Air Force Instructional Systems Development (ISD) compliance for 2,000+ training products.

Authored Department of Defense (DoD) technical positions that directly influence the export of defense hardware, services, and technical data.
