I’ve worked on a huge product for managing human force. All development was in-house, what allowed us to communicate with development, QA, business and integration teams. We were building product for companies like Virgin, HomeDepot and Dish to make their workflow effective and efficient. We’ve built user flows for workers with mobile devices in field; operators, who controlled them, on web; management, who controlled performance; business people, who managed the industry restrictions. In the end, that allowed us to come up with new guidelines and start implementing them. Show less

      UI/UX Designer

I've worked on several web projects from the very beginning: sketches, mockups, HTML/CSS and Wordpress integration. During the implementation of these projects I've also learned new technologies and approaches. That allows me to make better prepared mockups and use abilities of HTML5 to make a good-looking, responsive end product, to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally to this part I've created logos, mockups and user journeys for websites and mobile apps.

I was working as a Project Manager within Point-of-Sale team - separate division in the company, focused on Point-of-Sale payments as a product for businesses. I was responsible for several projects around enabling new features on different range of point-of-sale terminals. It’s a great experience to work with multiple stakeholders and maintain continuous feedback lines. I was able to take projects from an idea to real working piece of software in production environment by using agile work approach with multiple teams. Constant iteration and incremental changes with frequent deploys made the process smooth and clear for all involved parties. Some projects involved not only planning and managing within the development team, but also making sure documentation is prepared, merchants are aligned and clear on coming changes, support is aware of changes, account management and sales know what’s new and get the best selling angle. Show less I was working on two major projects within Adyen. First one was a Web-based about data visualisation and content management. We were building precise user journeys, starting from paper, polishing it to pixel perfect mockups and handing over to development team. Research that was done by UX team showed the most important improvement points based on user roles and typical journeys. My responsibilities involved things like keeping constancy trough the interface, improving overall UX, preparing layouts and holding feedback sessions, slicing project for development, talking to merchants in order to understand their needs and make payment experience clear and pleasant.Second project I was working on required understanding of specifics of Point-Of-Sale development. Its focus was around enabling possibilities for other businesses and in the same time making end-user experience of day-to-day payments with payment terminals pleasant and seamless. In order to get there I have built full payment flow for different terminal types and integrations, performed user interviews with merchants, collaborated with development, accustomed myself with payment schemes regulations and legal info. Main personal goal for me was to make our own product clear, consistent, scalable and competitive on the market. Show less

      Project Manager

During my short journey in Salmon I was managing projects budgets, client communication, allocated team and setting up project documentation and processes. It was a great experience of solving non-trivial tasks of setting up shared releases, deep-dive into technical processes and architecture. I have met great people, but shortly was offered a new exiting journey that I could not miss.

While working as an RTE I have built up knowledge about FedEx landscape, stakeholders and products. As a PO, together with a team of backend developers we have built and rolled out globally a new routing solution for .com. Product allows to route any user/share of traffic with a precision to a particular shipping experience. Next to leading the team and working on a day-to-day tasks like refinements, backlog prioritisation and chasing dependencies, I have arranged a platform for the product, made sure it has proper connectivity, compliance and security, built up communication with regional stakeholders on new requests and issues, helped define and crate support model for the product, invested time in documentation and monitoring tools, assured there are multiple recovery options in case of critical events and many more. Next to my PO role, I have also helped new shipping product for .com to go through certification, accessibility assessments, technical improvements. Show less I was an RTE for a release train working on 2 digital products for fedex.com. ART had 7 teams in 3 timezones. Teams were located in US, IN and NL. I was responsible for arranging and leading all required ceremonies to assure teams, leadership and stakeholders are aligned. Next to that I helped build and implement new test strategy to improve and speed up value delivery, did a value stream mapping to identify bottle necks in current development process, worked with stakeholders and dependent teams to plan and roll out 2 products in 198 countries, worked on various architectural improvements helping teams get more productive, implemented process improvements that allowed to shorten time spent in updates and still provide visibility on the progress.
