  I developed (multidimensional) mathematical models to predict and alter bacteria's behaviour. To compare this with reality, I ran a multitude of computer simulations (Stochastic time-series simulations (Python and C++), Monte Carlo simulations(Python)) and visualised these in 2 en 3D (Python and Paraview). I also analysed large libraries of experimental data (using Pandas, Scikit-learn(Python) and SQL), where I found hidden patterns not observed before.
