  Reporting to Global SVP Finance and sitting in both the Extended Business Leadership teams of Global Mobility and Low Carbon Solutions , primary accountability is to ensure performance framework is applied and management is in control, through effective risk management, controls and assurance activities being integral to managing the business and to sustaining its performance. The very high number of diverse Stakeholders and the combination of stable and more innovative business segments are elements I’m constructively using to create synergies in the interest of a more integrated and simplified way of working.The trust created in Senior Stakeholders, by the disciplined definition and execution of the GRA agenda, enabled my exposure to business and finance projects such as the deployment of a dedicate subsidiary to re-enter the Fleet market in Italy and more recently the appointment as Shell Director in a, recently acquired, JV in fleet management. Show less Reporting to the EMEA Finance Manager, I lead the design and deployment of an innovative and agile route to market to fix a competitive gap, enabling production and sales of duty paid product to strategic customers, in countries where were no local subsidiaries existed. Feasibility study was conducted in 39 potential markets and deployment took place in the16 chosen ones, based on commercial opportunities. The compliant and fit for purpose execution enabled in 2020 the successful negotiation with a strategic GKA in 7 out of the 21 target countries.Critical success factors have been the strong end to end collaboration between Lubricant Supply Chain, GKA, Customer Operations and Subject Matter experts and the strategic alignment on the long term growth with selected Macro Distributor Customers. Show less Reporting to the EMEA Finance Manager and leading a virtual team of financial professionals (up to 12 in Europe/ Africa and > 20 offshore in Poland and India), I ensured business finance support (Planning, Appraisal, Evaluations) within a solid control framework to the sales organization in the cluster (2012-2015 IT, EG, TR, SP) plus South Africa in 2016 and the entire Indirect Channel in Europe (2017-2018); To highlight the partnership with the General Manager and the LT to the scorecard definition and the co-creation of a solid and measurable roadmap securing growth in each market supported by a professional and energetic team, Strategic milestones achieved during my leadership have been the two M&A projects in Italy and Egypt. Show less Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager and coordinating a team of 5 advisors, I was accountable to consolidate financial reports and facilitate appraisal discussion with the Leadership Team for the five main territories (IT, SP, TR, GR, CZ); In addition I became Board member for Continental S.p.A., the logistic JV in the North West Italy, promoted and rolled out an economic tool to evaluate supply purchase contracts, contributed to system (SAP) deployment in three markets (IT,TR,CZ) and designed and executed the offshoring of finance activities from Europe to the operational center of excellence in India. Show less Reporting to the local CFO and supervising the asset analyst, I was accountable for group reporting, planning, financial investment proposals, reserves accounting in the interest of 20F and CO2 emission accounting in compliance with Kyoto requirements. I was running monthly performance review with the GM and the local leadership team in the period soon after the asset acquisition from Shell when change management was a key successful factor to establish the successful integration in Shell.
