  As a caseworker intern, I met with clients to assist in aiding the process of receiving from emergency assistance programs or utilizing a Catholic Charities program. My work involved data intake, community referrals, client phone outreach, helping run programs, working directly with clients, being knowledgeable about government, state, and local resources, and providing emergency assistance.I served by providing three day emergency response assistance to clients facing food insecurity and clothing needs. In addition I assisted clients in locating longer term resources both within the community and government resources.   As a Service Coordinator I worked under the Comprehensive Case Management Employment Program (CCMEP) grant to provide employment and career coaching to "at risk" individuals,14- 24 years old, as well as mentoring services. Individuals who are utilizing these services are impacted by different barriers that make succeeding in the workforce challenging. This role included but was not limited to resume creation, cover letter creation, mock interview training, job placement, and evaluations while a client is in the workforce to promote workforce success. In addition to work experience, I also provide one on one mentoring services to those who are need of additional support. The goal of mentoring is to establish a strong supportive relationship with the youth with the hopes of helping them overcome areas of struggle in their life. Show less

  As an Onboarding Specialist I lead orientations and help facilitate the onboarding process for all new colleagues beginning employment within the Aultman Health System.
