    My journey began as a Purchaser with a strong inclination towards automotive manufacturing. Upon joining Kalyani Transmission Technology, I found the company facing challenging times. Collaborating with the team, we devised and executed product, business, and market strategies, leading to a robust business pipeline filled with projects for the next five years. My diverse experience in the automotive sector spans over two decades, holding various positions from Purchase Manager to Head of Marketing & Branding. Possessing comprehensive expertise in the complete business cycle of the auto component industry, my focus centered on succession planning and stimulating business growth by acquiring new clients, targeting segments, and diversifying our portfolio into Electric Vehicles (EV), E-Motors, and DCT through PEST & SWOT analysis. My robust network and extensive travelling enabled me to secure business opportunities from Europe and the United States, contributing to brand elevation and further prospects. My week-long visit to Indonesia and South Korea, coupled with frequent trips to Europe, enriched my perspective and offered valuable insights into those regions' automotive industries. Stepping aside from my professional endeavors, my pursuit of knowledge led me to enroll in IIM's "Advanced Strategic Management" program, deepening my understanding of traditional and digital marketing tactics. Utilizing these insights enabled me to identify potential customers within a network exceeding 14k LinkedIn connections, along with 300+ Tier 1 automotive suppliers and 200+ Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). After two fruitful years serving as Head of Sales & Global Business Development at Kalyani Transmission Technology and Bharat Forge's HPDC division - CLWT, I recently elevated as a VP & SBU Head. As an accomplished business leader and decision-maker who enjoys staying current on new trends, I have confidently established myself as an influencer within the automotive sector.
