      I am now part of the new dedicated Terminal 3 team, leading and mentoring colleagues in all areas of the terminal contributing to a bright and prosperous future at London Heathrow Terminal 3 for British Airways. I work in all customer facing areas of the terminal, leading and mentoring up to 30 colleagues at a time. I am most often responsible for ensuring British Airways flights at Heathrow Terminal 5 are boarded on time, followed by closing the aircraft boarding doors and removing the jet bridge before departure. I ensure a safe, smooth, efficient and punctual operation at all times, while also keeping customer satisfaction levels at the highest possible standard.
