      First work experience in a company where I had to develop a web application (using Visual Studio) to easily book formation courses for new employees. This software has actually been used for months in that branch of Bosch.This work experience gave me a good insight of how big corporations operate internally.

      A two months internship as software developer in a Bosch branch in Italy producing hydraulic pumps. My tasks involved working for a few weeks on a project using a RaspberryPi. After that I was assigned to a project that consisted in managing data coming from machines and showing them in the browser.The web application I developed used technologies such as HTML/CSS, JS, JQuery, SQL, ASP.NET. Working here increased my confidence in working and developing software for a big firm. Show less

      Consulting Intern

      Community Challenge is a Capgemini initiative where selected students from University of Birmingham have the opportunity to gain consulting experience by helping a charity. My team helped the Dementia Action Alliance charity to identify how the work of the local charity can be improved. I successfully suggested asking how local businesses would become more Dementia friendly by taking surveys. Also, we carried out, in team, a market research and created a mailing list and a simplified application guide to attract more business to sign up to the charity. This experience helped me improve my team working and presentation skills, understand how to do consultancy for an organisation, the core values of Capgemini and how they operate as a firm.
