More storage space for racking, new mix station, new oven installation, and two new storage tanks. Overseen the safety of workers in the following trades, carpenters, civil workers, millwrights, pipe-fitters, electricians, roofers, insulators, and laborers. Audited Commercial construction sites, for various clients in the Greater Omaha, Nebraska area. Boiler MACT project, installation of two new boilers. Oversee field safety of several trades. Electricians, pipe-fitters, and boiler makers. Safety Manger overseeing 3 projects totaling 30 Million dollars. > Corn syrup refinery and elevator expansion. Including civil work, 6 stainless steel tanks, 2 bolted corn silos, steel erection, piping, electrical, and mechanical. > PO Safety: Propylene-oxide storage tank relocation, rail unload and new deluge system. Including steel structure, pipe racks, piping, electrical, civil, and mechanical.> Installation of new fiber-wash system. Assisted with pre-shutdown and shutdown safety activities. Overseen civil work for new office complex, and new extractor. Work included four new steel grain silos,steel catwalks, conveyors, new truck dump, new rail dump, new bulk-ware scale, new MCC, demo steel and spouting on existing silos, replace steel catwalks, spouting, conveyors, and concrete entire site.> Over 133,000 working man hours with no OSHA recordables or lost time accidents. Daily activities include but not limited to overseeing he installation of piles, foundations, structural steel, underground piping, and tank installation. Primary responsibilities include conducting site orientations, facilitate safety meetings, and perform daily field audits applying BBS solutions in the work environment by coaching contractors when undesired acts are being observed. Safety oversight for the foundations of rail car dumper pit, new tank installation and structural steel placement.
