      Assistant Program Manager on the CBTC Program in Paris

      RATP (Autonomous Operator of Parisian Transports) has launched a major program to modernize its subway lines in order to increase its transport capacity and the attractiveness of its services.The solutions implemented in this program are based on a generic Computer Control Center sets for different lines. On one hand, Thales renovates the Computer Control Centers for lines 13, 3 and 5 and on the other hand, Thales studies, provides and installs Computer Control Centers for lines 12, 9 and 10. It incrementally integrates the specificities of each line. The purpose of this project is to ensure the holding of new functional and technical performance expectations, to monitor and control all the train movements, to execute automatically the transport offer defined through a time table, to assist the operators to solve the incident and to manage the resources (trains and drivers).During this internship I: • Studied the evolution of the project and assisting the program manager to solve different issues.• Collected and monitored operational, financial and technical indicators of the program.• Developed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in order to reduce the costs of Thales by 50%.• Conducted weekly meetings with the team to clarify our progress and the next steps of the project. 部分表示
