Show less - Manage and update competency dictionary- Consult with all department head to evaluate employees’ ability and identify the weaknesses/ gaps against the company competency framework. - Identify training needs according to needs- Coordinate with other departments to identify annual training program.- Develops, implements and delivers training programs for varying levels of individuals within company- Be responsible for training organization including, but not limited to: select point of time for organization with less impact on normal operation, completion of post-training commitment if needed, training logistics preparation, and single point of connection for attendees and trainer, administrative assistance during training course, assessment organization after training, and attendee feedback collection after the course- Look and recommend for education centers provide training courses meet company’s demand and strategy. Follow up with concerned departments to ensure that the training contracts are available and contract term complied for deployment.
