  While coaching at Swindon Futsal Ian gained precious experience. He feels this employment role really changed him and helped himself gain the important skills he uses today.Ian's duties involved:- Coaching- Marketing - Arena Management Throughout his time at Futsal participation in the arena has grown massively! Travel teams use the facility more regularly, the amount of kids party bookings have risen and half term programs have almost trebled in numbers! Although Ian can't take all the credit for these improvements Ian played a huge part in promoting and coaching sessions to help the company get to these levels.When visiting his home land Ian still helps out with some areas within the company although he's no longer a full time employee.
